Literary projection of ethical theories developed by Aristotle and Kant, Schopenhauer, and Nietzsche, elaborated in modern times by Sartre, Lacan, Slavoj Žižek and Michel Foucault; exploring such issues as:
the objectivity of moral reasoning, the spiritual crisis of the modern world (guilt, innocence, desire and revenge); technological omnipotence versus determinism and the illusion of liberty in a tolerant democracy.
