A practical introduction to methods for the analysis of repeated measures data, including continuous and binary outcomes. Topics include: longitudinal study designs, analysis of pretest-posttest designs, (random effects) growth curve models, marginal models, dynamic (autoregressive) models, mixture and latent class models, and models for bivariate outcomes. The course will have an applied emphasis with fortnightly computer classes using the R software.

Note: The course content for ST542 is exactly the same. Only the assessment differs.
