This mini-course shows you how pre-recorded content can be used in lectures or as stand-alone resources – which technologies to use, what are the pros and cons, and which content lends itself to being pre-recorded. In addition to principles of good practice, the course includes examples of pre-recorded content from the LSE and beyond, scenarios, and a discussion forum where you can ask questions or leave comments about the content in the course or on a related topic.
This is an asynchronous Atlas course in Moodle and you can complete it at your own pace. There is no obligation to complete the entire course; it is designed so that you can dip in and out and pick and choose what you need.
