LSEasyriders is the LSE's team in the London Cycle Challenge 2011, a competition to see which team can cycle furthest in a month. It’s free to enter, there are prizes to win and it's a great reason to hop on your bike.

Anyone interested should first sign up at https://cyclechallenge.tfl.gov.uk/, and then join our team - just search for LSE. You don't need to be a yellow jersey; in fact, the first 24 miles cycled get higher points, so novices are favoured. You can also include your recreational cycling at the weekends or in the evening.

Points are awarded for every mile cycled, and the team with the most points in each category wins a prize. We have 14 members so far, but we have a way to go to catch up with the bigger teams: https://cyclechallenge.tfl.gov.uk/teams?order=member_count&sort=desc So sign up now!
